Terms

Effective date: October 2026. These terms govern your use of Tax Auction Radar.

Use of the service

Tax Auction Radar aggregates public property tax sale information — county auction calendars, statute citations, and parcel lists — and makes it searchable. You may use it for lawful personal or professional research. No license to redistribute, resell, or republish our data compilations is granted without written agreement.

Accounts and waitlist

Joining the waitlist or creating an account requires a valid email address. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, attempt to scrape the service at scale, or otherwise degrade it for others.

No relationship to counties

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any county, court, collector, or auction platform. Participating in a tax sale follows each county’s own terms and procedures, which control over anything shown here.

Disclaimer of warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Data comes from public sources and may be inaccurate or stale; verify everything with the county. See the full disclaimer.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tax Auction Radar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from reliance on the service, including losses related to bidding on, purchasing, or holding tax-sale properties.

Changes

These terms may change as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
